Susan’s 15-year career spans retail leadership, global training roles, and executive coaching -equipping her with a deep understanding of what drives both people and performance.
With an ICF- accredited qualification in Organizational Coaching, Susan is highly skilled in cultivating self-awareness, emotional intelligence, social awareness and self leadership within leaders. Her career has taken her across Europe, Turkey and MENA, leading multinational teams and witnessing firsthand the challenges and opportunities of diverse, dynamic workforces.
Now based between Dubai and Paris, after living and working in Amsterdam and Abu Dhabi. With a global lens and a personalized coaching approach, Susan supports organizations in aligning people and purpose -unlocking authentic, lasting performance.
